General Terms:Please have a clear outline of what you want the commission to be and provide proper references. Visual references are not required, but you must be able to provide a clear and detailed description of what you want.If you’re commissioning a reference sheet for a character that’s going to be drawn for the first time, it’s encouraged that you create a collection of images for what you want the design to be. If you have any questions I can provide an example of what I mean!At the moment I’m not willing to do overly complex backgrounds.I'm willing to draw pinups, but not explicit NSFW, or fetish material. If you're unsure of what is acceptable, feel free to message me with any questions!***I have the right to refuse a commission for any reason!!! ***Rights and Permissions:
FOR CHARACTER SHEETS, ICONS, PAY WHAT YOU WANT, AND ILLUSTRATIONS:
Unless specified, commissions will automatically be for NON-COMMERCIAL USE. This means that you’re not allowed to sell or make merchandise of the commissioned work.
If you plan to commission me for commercial use, prices would have to be altered along with making formal contacts.FOR LIVE2D MODELS:
Live2D Models will automatically be for COMMERCIAL-USE so that you have the full right to use the design and/ or rig for commercial purposes such as streaming, content creation, and merchandise.
Current prices for Live2D models should already be accounted for on the commisson page.Process and Payment:ALL PAYMENTS WILL BE DONE EITHER THROUGH VGEN. I'll provide you with a quote with what the estimated price will be based on the type of commission, complexity, and how many hours it might take to be completed. Please keep in mind that this price might change depending on the number of revisions added to the work hours.I’ll then keep you regularly updated with the progress of the commission through your preferred contact method.Once the commission is complete, I’ll show you the number of hours that have been recorded and provide you with an invoice. Once the invoice has been paid, I’ll send you the full-resolution image/ complete Live 2D model!
I normally like to complete commissions within two weeks, but if anything comes up I'll let you know.Refunds:The commission will be non-refundable once the piece is completed and the invoice has been paid.
